Women Of Faith Following Love Eternally
The Women of Faith, better known as the WOFFLEs, welcome all ladies of Texas Tech University.Come and join us for monthly service projects, socials, Bible/book studies, prayer, adoration, and friendship.
*Service*
In the past the WOFFLEs have participated in Operation Christmas Child, as well as visited the children’s hospital and several different nursing homes. For the 2010-11 school year, we plan on expanding that in our efforts to give back to the Lubbock community.
*Spiritual*
We participate in several different Bible/book studies throughout the year, focusing not only what it is to be a catholic, but also what it is to be a strong woman of faith. Many of our girls also attend daily mass and adoration together, as well as take part in retreats through the CSA.
*Social*
While we strive to not only grow academically here at Tech, as well as growing in our faith, we do understand the importance of having fun. The WOFFLEs hold several different social events during the semester, that range from movie/game nights to dinner outings, as well as involvement with events such as the Knights Chili Cook-Off and CSA events.
*Big Sis/Lil Sis*
Like many other organizations at Tech, we want to give our incoming freshman and transfers someone they can turn to for advice, help, or anything else they might need. Our Bigs are girls who are not only involved in the WOFFLEs, but also in the CSM community as a whole.
