Welcome to Texas Tech University, St. Elizabeth University Parish, and the Catholic Student Ministries! As you continue your academic career and look at Texas Tech, we hope that you will make St. E's your home-away-from-home.
St. E's is a great community and a place of fun, faith and love. To help you meet other students, we hold many different events at the beginning of the semester and keep them going all year long. Catholic Student Ministries hosts a Welcome Week each year and the Encounter Retreat each Fall semester for incoming students. These are wonderful opportunities to become a part of our community!

Catholic Student Ministries also hosts events almost every day during the school year and we attend many Tech events, like football games, together. Check out the rest of the site, and the calendar for more information!
St E's is also a great place to experience the sacraments! There is a 5 pm Sunday student mass during the school year (yes, you can sleep in and still attend mass!), and there is weekly adoration and confession available! Check the calendar and sacraments page for more information.
There is no fee to participate in the majority of the Catholic Student Ministries events and if you are ever unable to afford any event (such as the fee for Encounter) scholarships are available.
We hope you consider St. E's as a factor in your decision to come to Texas Tech. We are a Catholic community with open arms striving to grow in our faith as well as our friendships during our time here at Tech. Feel free to come tour the Catholic Student Center and stop by our booth at all the organization fairs! We hope to see you soon!
